When I first met Kelly, it was due to a tragic event, the passing of my father in May of 2018. He had not one, two, three or four but 7 properties! From day one, Kelly was beyond helpful and her job was more service than sales, and I cannot emphasize this enough, having such a large estate she took care of EVERYTHING and I always felt the joy in her responses! Most people work with a Realtor on average 1-2 times and I had the opportunity to see the real authenticity, of Kelly working with her as much as I did. I would recommend her to my family, friends and or a stranger. Leading by example of how to run a small business by referring other businesses for work, and Realtors of other states where she wasn't able to help with those properties. Providing direction beyond her job title, as I said her job has been more of a service than I felt a sale. Each property we sold was as short and simple as possible, I never felt forced to go with a price, I always felt Kelly was calm and listening to our every request for information. Helping push sales we were eager to sell due to bouncing between states. Kelly is a woman of many trades; not only did she provide amazing service but her photography skills were rather exquisite. When many offers rolled through, Kelly guided me in making the best decisions and I couldn't be more grateful!

10/10 Rating. Kelly is one of the hardest working people in the business and would be hands down the first person, in a purchase or sale, that I would recommend. Going into a situation as stressful as mine, Kelly did above and beyond to help close out properties and I couldn’t be more thankful! My relationship with Kelly will extend beyond these property listings; I consider her more of a friend than anything! Her, greatest attribute, is " she listens, and knows the ins and outs, not just the black and white." I could write a full book on the things I appreciate. I want to add Kelly sent me hand-written thank you cards and gifts for each purchase, (my favorites being the StoneCrest glasses and handmade cutting board).
