Vanessa is an avid equestrian and lover of all things outside.  She is passionate about the environment, cycling, and her animals.   Vanessa embraces technology and the latest industry tools, while at the same time using a personable, hands-on approach in working with clients. She is excited to help her buyers find the peace and joy that she finds in the Kingdom.  Whether you want to be riding distance to Kingdom Trails, on one of the ponds and lakes or settle down on a gentleman’s farm, Vanessa is already in the know having scoped out deals and vistas in every corner of the Northeast Kingdom.  She constantly works with  her sellers to put out the best product possible.  Whether giving advice on staging, upgrades, or best time of year to sell, she always has her seller’s goals in mind. 

Having been in the industry as a licensed Realtor® for over 13 years, these days Vanessa enjoys matching first time buyers with their dream home and helping guide them through the, sometimes daunting, process of closing on a property.

She now resides in Newark, VT with her husband and small “Funny Farm” of goats, chickens, and their rescue dog Nellie. When she is not out showing properties, you can find her riding her horse on the trails, skiing at Burke Mountain or working on an investment property.
